GGraniteLoop

Privacy

A small, practical data footprint.

What this site collects

When you send a project brief, GraniteLoop stores the information you enter: your contact details, company, project needs, timing, budget range, and message. The site also records a small set of first-party conversion events. Those events contain an event name and page path—not your name, email address, advertising identifier, or cross-site browsing history.

Why it is used

Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to your request, track the business conversation, and improve service. Aggregate event data helps identify useful pages and calls to action. GraniteLoop does not sell personal information or use third-party advertising cookies.

Storage and providers

Inquiry and event records are stored in managed PostgreSQL. The website is served by OpenAI Sites. If a notification provider is configured, inquiry details are sent to it solely to notify GraniteLoop and acknowledge your request. Delivery attempts are logged so failed notifications do not lose the underlying inquiry.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the business conversation, legal obligations, and security. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the project form and write “privacy request” in the project summary.

Demonstration data

Canyon Airworks and Canyon Ops are fictional demonstrations. Their public demo records do not represent real customers. The read-only demo cannot send messages, upload files, make charges, or change data.
